Occasionally the demand for an item exceeds current supply. Should you order a product that's out of stock, we will place it on back order, call you for approval of an acceptable substitute, if there is one, and also advise you of your order's delivery status.
Standard shipping and handling (S/H) within the 48 continuous United States is by UPS ground.
For items in stock, we try to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. UPS delivery, while not guaranteed, is usually 2-10 business day depending on your location.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from Naturally Good.Net. If the product you've ordered does not meet your expectations, you may return it via insured U.S. mail or UPS. We will be glad to exchange it for different size or fabric, or issue you a refund minus a 20% restocking fee, as long as it is returned in the original packaging and has not been laundered (Federal law prohibits resale of used bedding). Postage and handling charges are not refundable on returns unless your purchase arrived damaged, in which case we will refund you in full.
