Our organic prefold diapers are 100% pure and soft, certified organically grown, and free of bleach and dyes. They are colorgrown brown. An added benefit is that they hide stains very well too!
What is colorgrown cotton? It's a natural cotton which has been bred to produce light green, light brown and rusty red bolls. No dyes are used.

Washing before use increases absorbency -
Please wash 10 times with hot water before the 1st use (or if you use natural detergents, boiling may be required to remove the oils), because the natural oils of colorgrown cotton take a long time to remove especially with the use of natural detergents. Once the oils are removed, colorgrown cotton will absorb more than white cotton, but if the natural oils are still there the fabric will not absorb properly (for the same reason cotton in the field does not get soaked in the rain).

Prefold infant size 12"x16" 4x6x4 - This is a smaller size prefold generally used for babies up to 6 months old.
Prefold premium size 14.5"x21" 4x8x4 - This larger size prefold is generally folded down in the front to add more absorbency in the frontal wet-zone. If your baby wets more to the back you can always fold it down in the back instead.
Prefold toddler size 17.5"x23"
