We strive to offer the lowest prices on high quality organic comforters and blankets!

Pure Organic Wool Comforters
(hand-tufted) - Our pure organic wool is so much purer and cleaner than virgin wool. Taken from organically raised sheep in the hills of Oregon and Processed at a facility that only produces natural wools according to organic standards. This comforter comes in regular weight, lite weight and heavy weight. A lite weight comforter is designed as lighter with less wool for the person who prefers a lightweight feel. The heavy weight comforter contains more filling for a heavier feel. All are all season comforters since wool insulates without overheating allowing a better night's rest. These comforters are covered in a European organic cotton outer or for a less expensive option, choose the budget organic cotton sateen outers. (follow link below to purchase)

Merino Wool
Comforters (Quilted) - Our quilted organic merino wool comforters are a phenomenal fill of super silky Merino Wool from certified organic sheep that graze in the most sheep friendly part of the world, Kyrgyzstan. Merino sheep are raised for their wool not for their meat so extra attention is given to their coat of wool. This merino fiber which is silky and clean naturally due to the lack of industrialization in this country, is ideal for a purely luxurious comforter. Note: Because of the organic nature, this comforter has a natural pleasant (to some) very light odor of sheep. This smell will dissipate over time. These comforters are covered in 330 thread count organic cotton material. (follow link below to purchase)

Organic Blankets - We have a large assortment of organic blankets to choose from! (follow link below to purchase)

What is the difference between hand-tufted and quilted? A quilted comforter is thinner and has more of a flat surface. It will feel more firm than a hand-tufted comforter. The hand-tufted comforter is more flexible.

No formaldehyde finishes  No pesticide residue  No toxic flame-retardants  No dioxins from bleaching

Did you know that most people are NOT allergic to wool? They are actually having a painful response to the course prickly fibers. Some people are more sensitive to this than others. Why are wool fibers so course? It's because of the carbonizing required to remove excess vegetable matter from the wool. It makes the wool fibers weak and then they split, becoming prickly. Also the shorter the fibers are, the better the chance of prickle because there are more fiber ends per unit of fabric. The wool used in our products does NOT go through the carbonizing process. Only wool that is free from prickly vegetable matter is used so that no carbonizing is required. The fibers used in our products are never short! This results in a much softer wool that does not cause prickle.
