Returns - All returns, defective and non-defective, requires a return authorization number. You will need to email us for that number before you can return the diaper(s). You must notify us of the return within 30 days after the date of purchase. We will happily refund any item that is unwashed, unworn and undamaged. (No fragrance, cigarette smoke, dirt, rips, tears, etc. preferably with tags still attached.) Due to hygenic reasons, all Snappi® fasteners sales are final. Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restock fee and you will be responsible for the shipping.
