Our organic cotton wool pocketed coil innerspring mattress (Aurora) is comprised of a unique independently wrap pocket coil innerspring that allows for an independent motion of each coil, allowing the coils to adjust and conform individually to different body shapes.

The innersprings are covered on each side with 2 inches of 100% pure natural latex. The latex provides softness while the innerspring gives support to the body. The entire mattress is covered with organic cotton and pure grow wool™ quilted to an organic cotton cover. Made in the USA.

There are 3 choices of foundations for this mattress -

Coil on Coil: (recommended) 1,000 coils in box springs match the coils in the mattress, providing a high-coil count support system. Made of naturally dried pine wood, covered in organic cotton batting. The top and the sides are then covered with a natural cotton cover.

Adjustable Slat Frame: Our adjustable wood slat frame is made of laminated birch wood which is left exposed so personal adjustments can be made. These adjustable slats make it possible to adjust the support level, softer to slightly more rigid, to better support the body's personal preference on firmness.

The sides of the wood slat frame are covered so they appear to be a regular ordinary box spring when the bed is left unmade. View

Wood Foundation: Made of naturally dried pinewood, the wood foundation gives this mattress the most solid feel to the base. Padded with organic cotton batting and covered with a natural cotton cover or a cover that matches the corresponding selected mattress. View
