Petsafe Fertilizers/Pest Control Time Availability: All returns must be done within 14 days of you receiving your order. Policy: Sorry, but we cannot accept returns after the container has been opened. We will be glad to work with you individually if a problem arises, such as issuing a credit or free replacement, within reason and subject to our approval. For damaged or incorrect items: In order to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To do so, please email customerservice@naturallygood.net with the reason for the return WITHIN 2 WEEKS of receiving your item. You will then be provided with an RA number, which must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. You will be credited upon inspection. Be sure all label directions were followed and sufficient time was allowed for results.

Time Availability: All returns must be done within 15 days of you receiving your order. Policy: Every effort is made to assure that you receive exactly the item you had in mind when you ordered it. However, sometimes items do need to be returned. We guarantee our clothing to be free of defects. If for some reason you receive a defective item, we will replace that item free of charge, and cover the shipping. For all other returns, items must be received by Naturally Good.Net within 10 days of your receipt. If you want to return any merchandise, it must be returned in un-used and new condition. We cannot credit any damaged returns. It is advisable to insure returns, as damage does occur in shipping. Please email us for directions on returning an item. Please help to reduce returns by contacting us with ANY and ALL questions you may have about our products before you order.
Time Availability: All returns and exchanges must be done within 60 days from purchase in order to receive credit back to your credit card. All Returns over 60 days will ONLY be assigned an In Store Credit. (Please note credits may take up to 30 days to process.)

Policy: We will gladly accept your UNOPENED products within 10 days of purchase for full refund. The customer pays return shipping costs and the returned product must be in good condition.

Please use the back of the delivery note that came with the goods. If the parcel has been visibly damaged in any way, please make a note of this with the carrier when you sign for the parcel and notify us immediately (next working day at the latest so that we will be able to claim against the courier). Returned goods should be in their original packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable. Damaged or faulty goods will be refunded in full (incl. Postage) or goods exchanged and postage refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected). When returning goods, please obtain a "Proof of Postage Certificate" from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. We recommend you use registered post to ensure safe delivery.
